EMOTIONS THROUGH JEWELRY

To bring out the emotion 'agony' I played with the keywords pain and extreme suffering. In this way I got the idea to manipulate the surface of the brass sheet and then deriving the form. Folding the metal sheet in random direction and beating the edges using a mallet hammer gave the rippled effect on the surface.After opening back the sheets pliers was used to pinch through the lines to create rugged texture through which I could achieve an asymmetric form to the jewellery.
